Excellent!! Bought the front range harness specifically as my dog pulls. Very sturdy material great fit on the dog and unable to escape - may need to tweak a few times to wear in the fit. Dog doesn’t pull anymore as when you put in the front (chest) when dog pulls it makes them walk sideways and quickly realise can’t walk straight so doesn’t pull. Quite expensive compared to others but highly recommend and definitely worth it.

Lost a clip to a harness I bought from Ruffwear and emailed them about it. A replacement clip was put in the post free of charge the next day and arrived the same week. Lovely people and very kind and helpful. Charlie and Betty ????

By far the best dog gear available, especially for active dogs and their owners. It might seem a little expensive but once you own an item you'll realise it's not. Top quality and last until you feel like a change of colour or an update in style.

I ordered the singletrak backpack for my dog. She can run comfortably in it and it comes with handy water sacks. Also it has enough room for more little thing like toys, poopbags etc..

I purchased a harness for our British Bulldog. Unfortunately the metal lead attachment cut Part way through the cloth strap.
I contacted Ruffwear firstly by phone then email. The customer service was first class, the issue was resolved in a prompt and professional manner.
I would highly recommend the harnesses (especially now that they have made an adjustment to problem area.) The harness is light weight and fits our boy very well.

I have purchased 4 Harness's, leads, and now have a Tug Toy too from this company. All I can say the items are worth every single penny. I had bought dozens of cheaper harness's for my Buddy and all of which he either escaped from or broke. In the end I bought him a Ruffwear harness and it has been escape proof.
I would not buy any other make. I know I am purchasing a quality item that will last the lifetime of my much loved pets. I cannot put a price on peace of mind and that is what this brand gives me. Peace of mind knowing that my Buddy is safe. They wash very well in the washing machine. The first harnesses I bought were about 4 years ago and are still as great as the day I bought them.
Love this brand so much even bought a harness and lead for my mum's dog. YES I would recommend and I have to say the customer service was great too. I sent a message and it was answered and dealt with straight away.
